Fine Print Matters
60 Day Return!?
Right. Just make sure you click on the small print (see our return policy). The appliance shipped with a "free shipping" promotion. The wine fridge was too big and I wanted to return for a smaller one. But then the return shipment estimate came it, it was $450 plus 15% restocking fee - - essentially the the price of the appliance. I'm better off throwing it away or donating it rather than let these guys sell it again.
Never again will I select smaller online retailers. Amazon only for me - - these smaller shops are not worth the trouble.
